Tips for Choosing the Right Wall Decal
When you're choosing the right wall decal, there are a few things to consider. The first is the size and shape of your wall. You want to make sure that whatever design you choose will fit with the rest of your decor, so take into account any existing furniture or other decorations in the room as well as its overall look and feel.
Another thing to think about is whether or not you want something that's removable or permanent--if it's removable, you can change up the look whenever you want by simply taking down one decal at a time; if it's permanent (like wallpaper), then once it's up there'll be no going back!
How to Install Personalized Vinyl Wall Decals
- Preparing the wall:
- Clean your walls to remove any dirt, dust or grease. If you have a textured wall, use an electric sander with fine sandpaper to smooth out any rough patches. This will ensure that your decal sticks properly and doesn't peel off over time.
- Applying the wall decal:
- Peel off one side of the backing paper from your personalized vinyl wall decal and apply it directly onto your prepared surface (you may want someone else's help). Once it's in place, slowly remove its remaining backing sheet until only its top layer remains attached to its sticky backside; then press firmly onto this final layer so that no air bubbles remain under its surface area when viewed from afar--this should take about 10 seconds for smaller designs up 30 minutes for larger ones depending on their size!

Personalized Vinyl Wall Decals as Gifts
Personalized Vinyl Wall Decals make great gifts. When you're choosing a design, think about the person you're giving it to and what their interests are. If they love music, for example, there are lots of options that feature lyrics from popular songs or albums (like this one). Or maybe they enjoy cooking? There are plenty of kitchen-themed decals available as well.
Once you've decided on a design, it's time to consider size--and this is where things get tricky! The best way to figure out how big your personalized vinyl wall decal should be is by measuring the space where it will go before ordering anything online; then compare those measurements with those given on each product page at mydecalstore.com
