All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Standard shipping DOES NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
Expedited/Tracked shipping is offered as an upgrade during checkout and will receive a tracking number.
CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
Please note that if you add rush processing to your order (1 business day), this will ONLY rush process your order and will be shipped with standard shipping, except you upgrade your shipping option at checkout.
Remember that you MUST SELECT appropriate shipping method checkout, especially if you want your order by a specific date.
STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES:
- Canada: Up to 10 business days
- USA: Up to 15 business days
- Europe & Everywhere Else: Up to 30 business days
CALCULATED SHIPPING:
Processing Time + Shipping Estimate = Estimated Day of Delivery
Please note that BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
We are not responsible for items once they are in the postal system. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, please use calculated shipping based on your location to get the nearest estimate.
